NYC Bees on Premier League in USA's 'Have a Guinness with' video

For a ninth occasion, the NYC Bees' shoot with Premier League in USA (#PLinUSA) led to another video appearance with our Brentford supporters! This time, NYC Bees Abhi Goyal and Charlie Corr were asked: Which player would you have a Guinness with?

Ireland and Brentford captain Nathan Collins felt like the proper answer!

This piece was shared on PL in USA's Instagram channel, which has more than 1.3 million followers. Video footage was captured by marketing agency Two Circles, which spoke with the NYC Bees during the 2024-25 PL season outside The Red Lion in Greenwich Village.

NYC Bees recommend goal celebrations: PLinUSA, NBC Sports

To cap off the international break, our NYC-based Brentford supporters made another appearance on the Premier League in USA (#PLinUSA) and NBC Sports Soccer socials to recommend their goal celebrations!

Alison Roberts, a Philadelphia native, teed things off with Jason Kelce's celebration with the Eagles, while Lev Riley pinpointed Steph Curry's "night, night" as an emotion that deserves to be brought to the pitch.

The video was distributed on Nov. 25, on both PLinUSA's Instagram channel (1.2 million followers) and the NBCSportsSoccer Instagram feed (150,000-plus followers). With a few more clips, the NYC Bees potentially could be a part of 10 videos on the PLinUSA outlets over a one-year span!

Bees cameo: Premier League in USA Summer Series segment

In the build-up to the Premier League Summer Series, PL in USA ran a lighthearted "wedding season" segment. Our good NYC Bees friend Reggie Gee, who visited us from Florida this past season, was part of the segment!

Reggie's cameo was part of a series of Premier League interviews that took place from outside The Red Lion in Manhattan during the 2024-25 season. Our NYC Bees have garnered a half dozen video appearances from these conversations.

NYC Bees' Alison Roberts weighs in on league MVP with PLinUSA

Even though it wasn't a Brentford-related answer, the NYC Bees' Alison Roberts once again landed a spot on the #PLinUSA Run In video series to discuss the Premier League's most valuable player on May 24!

Alison and just about the rest of the interviewees were quick to name Liverpool's Mo Salah as the top player in 2024-25. The interview was conducted earlier this season from outside The Red Lion in Greenwich Village, and this clip was the fourth installment that our New York City Brentford fanbase has been a part of.

PLinUSA has more than 1 million Instagram followers and more than 300,000 X (formerly Twitter) followers, so our group's been involved in some significant media outreach over the past month!

USA Brentford fans make cameo in PLinUSA Hot Takes segment

On April 7, our USA Brentford supporters -- NYC Bees' Alison Roberts and Florida-based fan Reggie Gee -- appeared on PLinUSA's "Hot Takes" segment. Reggie's joking Manchester United relegation prediction didn't bear fruition, but Alison could be right on the mark with her prediction of Brentford finishing as high as eighth place this season.

This footage was from PLinUSA's visit just outside The Red Lion in NYC earlier this year. We're hoping the league and their social media will utilize some more interview footage from our NYC-based Brentford supporters!

Florida Bee Reggie Grant
The majority of our supporters, as well as well known Floridian Bee Reggie Grant (who was visiting our establishment), participated in this feature. We'll keep you posted on when this rolls out. We are anticipating this to be live sometime in early April.

Big thanks to Thomas Hautmann who interviewed us and proactively set this up, we really appreciate it! More to come!
