Football writer Michael Lewis, well known for his extensive stateside and international coverage of the sport, decided to spend an afternoon with the NYC Bees when Brentford visited Fulham on Sept. 20. The NYC Bees were featured extensively in his Substack channel, View from the Front Row!

With about 20 or so die-hard Brentford supporters gathered in The Red Lion in Greenwich Village, Michael soaked in the experience and reactions to tell the story of the NYC Bees, who are in the midst of their fifth season setting up shop in Manhattan.

Thank you to Michael for making the trek from Long Island to paint the picture of our proud supporters' group! We wish the club didn't have one of its poorer performances, but it was still nice to see him capture some of the components of our weekly gatherings!
