July in Review: Brentford FC and Premier League Summer Series

July was a fantastic month in the Brentford FC space, meeting many amazing folks among the supporters and club staff during The Premier League Summer Series here on the east coast of the USA. I'm incredibly excited for where things are headed here in New York City as well, and our little international and "iconic" (someone else's word!) Bees establishment. 'Forever Bees' Podcast: NYC Bees' co-founder joins preseason edition

New York City Bees co-founder Charlie Corr took part in a Brentford FC preseason edition of the Across the Seas But Forever Bees Podcast, hosted by Tim Searls and Greville Waterman. The panel included Brentford USA's John Kenkel and Iowa-based supporter Glenn Houlihan, and the discussion ranged from the budding NYC group, to the Bees' preseason performance and the Premier League Summer Series as a whole.

FanFestLive: NYC Bees' Charlie Corr joins preseason PL in USA chat

New York City Bees co-founder Charlie Corr joined Premier League USA for FanFestLive, a supporters' chat that preceded Brentford FC's match against Brighton on July 26. Corr was on a panel hosted by Chelsea Cabarcas, Elischa Edouard and the 5-a-side Podcast, with the opportunity to discuss his Bees fandom, the value of the Premier League Summer Series and some predictions for the night's matches.

Beesotted Podcast: Brentford fan reaction from Philadelphia

The Beesotted Podcast made the rounds for fan reaction in Philadelphia following Brentford FC's preseason match against Fulham on July 23. Interviews included two-time NYC/Red Lion visitor Sophie Holmes (pictured far left) from New Haven, Conn., and New York City Bees co-founder Charlie Corr (pictured in yellow kit).

Premier League Stories: NYC Bees interview with Charlie Corr

Charlie Corr of the New York City Brentford FC supporters group sat down with the Premier League for its PL Stories series, which launched on Peacock on July 19 (PeacockTV.com). The feature (Season 2, Episode 61) is a prelude to the EPL's Summer Series taking part on the east coast in the USA. Brentford is one of six clubs participating.
