NYC Bees' Goyal recaps season with Don't Know Much About Football pod

NYC Bee Abhi Goyal rejoined the folks at the Don't Know Much About Football podcast! The show put together a panel for a Premier League review show and covered a wide array of topics that defined the 2025-26 campaign.

Abhi's appeared on several shows with this program, so it's been fantastic that to have him representing our NYC Brentford supporters' group on a regular basis!

NYC Bees' Abhi Goyal returns to Forever Bees podcast

Following Brentford FC's match against Manchester United at Old Trafford, NYC Bee Abhi Goyal hopped on the Across the Seas But Forever Bees podcast!

He joined co-hosts Tim Searls and Greville Waterman after the Bees' hard-fought 2-1 loss to Man U. The group had an in-depth conversation about several of our players such as Kevin Schade, Reiss Nelson, and Josh Dasilva in his return to the bench, our European chances and more.

NYC Bees on Premier League in USA's 'Have a Guinness with' video

For a ninth occasion, the NYC Bees' shoot with Premier League in USA (#PLinUSA) led to another video appearance with our Brentford supporters! This time, NYC Bees Abhi Goyal and Charlie Corr were asked: Which player would you have a Guinness with?

Ireland and Brentford captain Nathan Collins felt like the proper answer!

This piece was shared on PL in USA's Instagram channel, which has more than 1.3 million followers. Video footage was captured by marketing agency Two Circles, which spoke with the NYC Bees during the 2024-25 PL season outside The Red Lion in Greenwich Village.

Abhi Goyal of the NYC Brentford Supporters' Group is part of the latest video produced by the Premier League in USA (#PLinUSA) group! Goyal is among a batch of supporters critiquing the league's best hairstyles: International break content at its finest!

The clip went live on PLinUSA's Instagram channel, which has 1.2 million followers! We've had about a half dozen spots on their social feeds since the league interviewed a group of us NYC Bees in the second half of the 2024-25 season. Thanks as always for including us!

NYC Bees' Goyal on international break roundtable bonanza

NYC Bee Abhi Goyal joined the Don't Know Much About Football podcast for a second time -- first occasion this 2025-26 season. He took part in the show's International Break Roundtable Bonanza on Nov. 13.

The show covered some good ground, focusing on the team's expectations, managerial thoughts, things to look ahead to on the transfer front, season predictions and much more!

NYC Bees' Abhi Goyal returns to Forever Bees show

Abhi Goyal of the NYC Bees supporters made his return to the Across the Seas but Forever Bees podcast on Oct. 24, in the build-up to the next day's big match between Brentford and defending Premier League champion Liverpool.

Abhi had multiple appearances on Forever Bees during the 2024-25 season, as well. He spoke about all things Brentford with Tim Searls and Greville Waterman, and gave a little shout-out to our group's heavy dose of meet-ups in Greenwich Village, especially in light of the team's success with a Carabao Cup run.

NYC Bees' Abhi Goyal makes debut on Forever Bees podcast

We were back on the USA-based Across the Seas but Forever Bees podcast! NYC Bee Abhi Goyal made his show debut on Feb. 6, to share his back story on becoming a Brentford supporter and to talk about the club in its fourth Premier League campaign. The show is hosted by Maine resident Tim Searls and Londoner Greville Waterman. Check it out!

Abhi was then invited back as Tim's sidekick for the Feb. 18 episode to discuss the win over West Ham and Brentford's matchup against Leicester. Abhi and wife Alison Roberts were also on the Don't Know Much About Football podcast earlier this season, so it's great to see our NYC Brentford supporters expanding their media outreach!

Men in Blazers, Live from New York: U.S. MNT, 2026 FIFA World Cup

Men in Blazers held an exclusive live event on Jan. 21 from Football Factory at Legends in New York City. Invited attendees were treated to a fantastic setting with Roger Bennett and Herculez Gomez chatting about the U.S. Men's National Team, which is roughly 500 days away from the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

A couple of us NYC-based Brentford supporters had the privilege of being among the audience, so THANK YOU to Men in Blazers for reaching out so we can join in the fun!

NYC Bees featured on Don't Know Much About Football show

During the November international break, NYC Bees Alison Roberts and Abhi Goyal were featured on the Don't Know Much About Football show!

This relatively new podcast introduces folks to American-based Premier League fans and gets into the origins of their support. For Alison and Abhi, they delved into their growing interest in Brentford and provided some wonderful color about their fandom, our supporters' group, The Red Lion and much more.

Don't be taken aback by the title: This Nov. 16 episode delivers some great insight whether you're a longtime footballing guru or a new fan. Thanks to Alison and Abhi for sitting down for this show -- highly recommend you give a listen!

NYC Bees Appearance: Goyal previews Brentford on Wolves pod

In our continuation of contributing for Brentford's opposing team podcasts, the NYC Bees' Abhi Goyal made a second appearance on Whole Lotta Wolves on Feb. 6 as the Bees prepared for their final appearance of the season against Wolverhampton.

Goyal spoke about the different dynamic of the Brentford roster compared to the previous meet-ups with Wolves. The segment starts approximately 39 minutes into the show.

NYC Bees Guest Appearance: Goyal joins Whole Lotta Wolves podcast

Abhi Goyal of the NYC Bees supporters provided some Brentford FC perspective for the Whole Lotta Wolves podcast on Jan. 3. Goyal's appearance was part of a preview for the Brentford-Wolves FA Cup match on Jan. 5.
